Activating your Hip Flexors to prevent Low Back Pain

We sit, we drive, we sleep in certain positions that leave these muscles unused. This leads to common back pain and compensation of other muscles. Dr. Todd shows several activation exercises you can perform before your workout to help utilize these muscles and achieve a better workout.
