How to Avoid Back Spasms with movement

Back spasms are a common occurrence, the literature estimates 9 out of 10 people will experience it in their life, and 30-40% of our population is experiencing it at this moment. There is a lot of sitting down in our lifestyle, as well as hip flexor heavy activities (lifting weights, cycling, rowing, driving, club and racquet sports, martial arts). A lot of people who experience back pain reaggravate it after it has treated or begins to “feel better”. They accidentally re-injure their lower back and cause more back spasms to happen while getting up. In this video, we show a better way for someone to get out of bed and out of a chair to best avoid those injuries.
