Booking an appointment is asimple process via our website.

It is recommended that you book:

1. Initial exam & Treatment
2. Our schedule may have potential limited availability.  It is recommended to book a couple of follow up Office Visits within the following 1-2 weeks.  

You may always cancel your follow up visits within 24 hours if your issue is resolved.   

We accept Checks, Cash, Major Credit Cards, and Flexible Spending Accounts

At this time we are not accepting third-party billing, this includes Medical Insurance, Personal Injury Claims. If you are going through a Disability or Workman's Compensation case we can refer you to an in-network provider.
